We are excited to return Saturday, August 8th for the 4th Annual Plein Air Art Festival in Hagerstown City Park! From 10am to 4pm, Creative Chance will be hosting Accessible Art Activities for the public to enjoy. View the map below for the three locations in the park where guests will enjoy creating accessible art! We are so grateful to continue to be a part of this amazing event, brought to you with our partners from the City of Hagerstown Parks and Recreation, the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts, the Valley Art Association, and the Washington County Arts Council, with support from the Maryland State Arts Council. We are very much looking forward to a special day of creating art in the park!
