Join us THIS SATURDAY at the Plein Air Art Festival in Hagerstown City Park! From 10am to 4pm, Creative Chance will be hosting Accessible Art Activities for the public to enjoy. We are so grateful to be a part of this amazing event, brought to you with our partners from the City of Hagerstown, the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts, the Valley Art Association, and the Washington County Arts Council.
